Neshaminy is pretty close to Langhorne I believe. Stores in NJ, couldn't tell you in that area but I'd recommend most any beer from Tonewood or Cape May.

If you haven't been go to Mastoris Diner, I haven't been there in years but I have very fond memories of that place.

Vault is not too far from Langhorne. They are solid on many styles. Referend is a little farther if you're into carefully made and expensive sours.

I've been crossin' the Delaware in that area for PA beers for awhile (around 5 decades :grimacing:) and usually stop into Pat Deon's (540 S Oxford Valley Rd, Fairless Hills, PA 19030) and Trenton Road Take-out (1024 Trenton Rd, Levittown, PA 19054) but my last trip to the area, headed for the above mentioned Vault Brewing in Yardley I stumbled up The Yardley Beer Co. (1 E Trenton Ave, Morrisville, PA 19067) and came home happy with around 4 cases of beer, IIRC.:grinning:

On the Jersey side, I'd visit Joe Canal's (3375 US-1 Bldg 16, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648) but that might be a bit out of the way. There's also a Canal's - different chain, despite the name - a bit closer to Bordentown north of town on 130 (108 Marketplace Blvd, Trenton, NJ 08691).

Haven't been to any of them recently (within the last year) so can't give specifics as far a in-stock items. I'd imagine they're all listed here on BA Places.

I’ve enjoyed Vault’s beer but I will also mention I thought their food was delicious when I ate there for lunch (if you’re looking for both).

Some good recommendations in this thread. Definitely take the ride over to Vault Brewing for both their beer and food offerings (killer pizza) and they are kid-friendly to boot. A good but often overlooked gem of a store is Libby Liquors in Lawrence Twp./Trenton and the local Canals on Route 1 has a nice selection as well.

100% agree. I would make this a meal stop for sure.

I just saw this thread and thought I'd throw out some suggestions as well. For food and beer, I'd definitely agree that Vault is worth a stop, the pizza (buffalo brown sugar pizza is awesome). I'd also recommend Firkin Tavern in Ewing, NJ (about 7 minutes from Vault). They have great food and probably the best taplist in that area.

For breweries, if you like sours, look up Referend in Pennington. Depending on your radius, Conclave in Flemington isn't terribly far (maybe half hour from NJ/PA border) and Brick Farm Tavern in Hopewell to try Troon. BFT is a fine dining restaurant, but if the weather ends up being nicer than forecasted, they have an outside bar area. In PA, Second Sin, Odd Logic and Neshaminy Creek are pretty close to Langhorne (I rank them in that order).

If you are looking for stores, Buy Rite in Pennington is pretty good (about a mile and half from Referend) as well as Joe Canal's in Lawrenceville. Trenton Road Take Out is worth a stop in PA, you can get singles of a lot of different cans/bottles, the selection and prices are among the best in the area.

I agree Vault has good beer and good food with local seasonal ingredients. Vault is in is also worth seeing if you like old buildings. It's a former early 1900s bank and they tried to preserve as much of the interior decor as possible...columns, marble, high ceilings, the bar is made from the former teller window area, and the former bank vault holds the kegs.
