No Founders Breakfast Stout in NH?

    True or False? Founders Breakfast Stout cannot be sold in the state of New Hampshire because there is a picture of a baby on the label. Someone told me this the other day and I was having a hard time believing it.

    France44 doesn't ship to NH. We can hop the border to MA where it's plentiful.

    Interesting timing. There is a bill to remove the text that restricts FBS from being sold in NH. It looks like it went to a vote on March 4th but I don't see the results. I hope it passes. Here's a link to watch.

    Committee report filed today: Ought to Pass with Amendment #2014-0829h (Vote 16-2; CC).

    Amendment notes, among others: no use of minors, pictorial or otherwise, that could be interpreted to suggest that the contents are safe for consumption by minors.

    Moving in the right direction at least
