    That's easy: the commission cares about wine and liquor sales only. Beer isn't even an afterthought to them. This is NH: home of the "State Liquor Store." Ain't no beer in there. Anyway, FBS is supposed to be in the state on draft; and Maine, Mass., and Vermont have lots of it, so you don't have to go far for bottles.

    The real reason is the random clause in the state liquor laws about depictions of children on alcohol bottles. Other BAs have already posted about wine bottles in the state with children on them. The whole thing is a farce, but then again so is the commission.

    How dare they put a child on a beer bottle. More FBS for the rest of us.

    we just recently got Founders in CT, but we get FBS, it sux that NH doesnt,its not like its a real kid, its a drawing, still not stopping me from going to Portsmouth, i love that town....CHEERS
