No head no foam please help!

    Alright now that makes a lot of sense!! Thank You for that clarification! I have been using the one step thinking it was a sanitizer and have been cleaning with hot water and soap. Just ordered some star San of Amazon!! My next batch of beer thanks you for the advice! Cheers

    I think that's a smart move. Just so you know, some experienced brewers do treat OneStep as both a cleaner and a sanitizer, but for the reasons I outlined I think you will be better off treating it as only a cleaner and using StarSan to sanitize.
