Nobbie Question: Combination Fermentation Chamber and Keezer

    If I purchase a small chest freezer, is there any reason why I can't use it for both a fermentation chamber, primarily for lagers, and a keezer. I know that I will not be able to use it for a fermentation chamber until I consume the previous keg. But, other than that, any reason why that won't work? Thanks in advance!!

    Other than the fact you can't do both at once, as you already know, there's no reason you couldn't use the same chest freezer for both purposes.

    That’s how I started. You’ll find yourself getting another one at some point though, if you stick with the hobby.
