Good time again this month, guys! Glad I got to meet a few new BAs. One day I won't have to leave early, but until then can somebody shoot me a pic of the final lineup?

It was really cool meeting you. And everyone else really. Y'all were chill and easy to talk to. None of you gave off a creepy-****/murder vibe, which sets up the board to be invited over to my house sometime and dig into that mini-fridge of glory.

Seriously glad I came. No regrets. Channing and the staff at Nobi were top notch as well.

So after everybody left, me and Show stuck around to try to empty the remaining bottles and Tim showed up with a 09 Alesmith Decadence. Not pictured.

Everyone at Nobi stared at me when Rainer and I walked in
    With the ice chest. Everyone.

Thanks for the Southern Tier Choklat, SeaSparrow. It was really like drinking a chocolate bar

For what it's worth, I brought the Choklat. It has actually aged well.

Shoot. My bad. How did it taste fresh?

    Edit: Here's two more pictures...

The never-ending gusher El Cedro. Half-way finished and the foam STILL rose through the whole bottle and out of the top! [IMG]

And the infamouse ice chest full of beer. [IMG]

Not only did jbeez bring the Choklat...he waited til I left to open it! Haha. (That's what I get for having to leave early, I guess.)
Thanks for everyone sharing awesome beer! Next month we need two ice chests full of beer!

Also, if you guys want to add what you ended up bringing on the Google spreadsheet, it would kinda be cool to keep a record of the different tastings...

Your homebrew was a show stealer man. I need to get me some more of that whiskey double chocolate vanilla or whatever you said it was. Could probably use some all-grain brewing tips too.

Thanks man! And I would love to talk brewing any time.

Whiskey Barrel Aged Vanilla Double Chocolate Stout
Organic vanilla beans cut and scraped and put into 3 oz of bourbon for two weeks to make an extraction. Then added in secondary to the double chocolate stout base beer. Then aged for a couple weeks in a Balcones whiskey barrel.
