"All tickets must be redeemed in a single transaction. Any additional orders purchased outside of the specified limit will result in the cancellation of all purchasers’ orders."

Next time just put "purchased" instead of "redeemed". Redeemed there is very confusing. It can be interpreted as "All tickets must be redeem [at the brewery for your beer] in a single transaction", e.g. pick up all your beer at once. It wasn't clear you meant purchased all at once, especially since the following sentence references a limit (interpreted as 3-4packs) and says to stay at or under said limit. So for people who ordered 2+1, it's not clear what they did wrong.

edit: and FWIW, I did read the TOS and actually sent you all an email earlier this week I haven't gotten a response to. You're misrepresenting EventBrite's functionality by stating that you need to rush through the waiting room (6 minute) because it "does not hold your tickets". That's blatantly false. What you're trying to describe is a technical difficulty that EB is aware of due to caching their servers for high-volume sales. It's not the consumers fault that they get to the checkout page only to see it say "sold out" after. It's EventBrite's issue, and it's your choice as a brewery to use EventBrite. You should acknowledge the shortcoming of that platform rather than defer it onto your customers.

Also, your privacy policy at the bottom that it links to says you'll share customer information with your business partners for vague reasons like "marketing" and "analytical" research. Who are your partners and what info is being shared? I thought Noble was an independent brewery, so the decision to include that confuses me.

"We may disclose the information we collect from and about you to our business partners for research, analytical, and marketing purposes..."

Thank you sir, this feedback is exactly why I read this forum. I'll make the change immediately. Luckily only 2 transactions had to be addressed.

    This.

I read that to mean you have to pick up all your beer at one time, not you had to purchase it all on one order. They didn't cancel my first order so it's not really a big deal, just something to clarify for next time.

Was kinda hoping they would have the audience fan that stands up to denote an easy TKO on the can.

If you are going to use video games as references, at least put in the easter egg from the game. =P

We will do that if we ever make a Mortal Kombat beer.

That is gonna be tough since each character and about half of the arenas in original Mortal Kombat all have an easter egg associated with them.

Given that it's a Fieldwork collab, this will likely get my beer dollars that day over the Offshoot release.

Just that it is a Fieldworks collab? How about that it is Noble and their IPA's are a lot better! The offshoot beers are awful compared to what noble has been putting out.

Yes, you've made your opinions on Offshoot quite clear. I think Noble's been hit and miss with their cans. But a friend's been sending me a ton of Fieldwork, and they're better than either Noble or Offshoot by quite a lot. For my palate, anyway.

That is true as well, everything I've had from fieldworks has been pretty good to amazing.

Ah man, I just realized men at murk pickup is tomorrow, not sure why i thought it was today.. bummer!

For punch out I see the limit is 2pp, is that to allow more people to get some or is it because less was made? I'll take the answer off the air.

Same will be made, but with how fast Men at Murk went, I figured we'd lower the limit to help try to get more people a shot at having some.

On a side note, I pulled an early sample of PUNCH-OUT!! yeasterday to taste, and holy shit.
It's like someone took Denali, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops and force fed them Hawaiian Punch & Jolly Ranchers for 25 years. I would drink this thing out of an upside down Capri-Sun with a straw jammed straight through the center.
