Noble Ale Works (Q2 2017)

Totally bummed I missed out on the eventbright Men at Murks sale. I was in but didn't sign in. Had it going to cart then it dumped into the great wide web or cloud. Lesson learned. Hope to pick up some Citra Showers today to make up for the MaM loss.

 

@Vito_at_Noble ok, now that you all are doing online sales, could you guys maybe work on earlier opening hours on Fridays (even one hour would help with shitty SoCal traffic).

Unfortunately this is the one thing that sucks tremendously. Since we use the brew house for tasting room space, opening an hour earlier would mean we would have to steal an hour away from production space hours. There is so much shit that happens in that space up until minutes before we open. So we just can't spare it at this time.

 

But in due time once you guys open your new expansion.....that could change....right? Hopefully that gives you more space and a separate space from brewing.

 

Makes sense ... hoping the expansion will make earlier opening hours feasible ... would be epic to have weekday "lunches" at Noble

Nope. I'll be blowing by Nobles in an hour heading out to Palm Springs/Indio. Going where the freaking heats at. I've got a full growler of Denver Jackhammer and 4pk of Citra Showers for tonight's gig in the desert.

 

Maybe on the way back home tomorrow!

 

Men at murk is not worth the can price. Having it on draft now. Its a basic cloudy ipa.

I didnt get any cans. Glad i didnt. I wont rry for Punchout either. It's basic bitch. Especially for $22 a 4 pak. Lol.

 

Not sure which high-level intelligent beer description from today's beer drinkers I like better, "meh" or "basic bitch."

Actually make a decent hazy ipa and ill come up with a different description. So until then, "basic" is what men at murk is.
There has to be a couple of modern times type hazy ipa's. It is what it is.

I can't disagree more, I think this is the best haze from noble so far and can't wait for punch out.

 

Basic bitch has that trying to sound cool but ending up being, well, basic feeling to it.

And before you say it, I am basic. I'm basic AF.

 

Basic at best. Nothing really stood out about this beer. Solid attempt from Noble but I'll pass on the next $22 release. Too much great stuff out there.
