Wha... Wait... $20 for a 375ml bottle? Did they drop the barrel and spill half the barrel? They only made 20 gallons?

I don't think anyone wants to admit to paying $20 for a 375 ml of what looks to be mediocre beer.

It's pretty good, but not for that price.

This whole event blew my mind. People waiting In line for hours to pay $20 for a 375 ml of a beer they have never had from a brewery that doesn't really do BA beers. Just pure craziness!

I think so. Just looking at Instagram there was a line that went around the brewery. So I would assume many people got their very early and waited hours.

I could be completely wrong, I am just making an assumption based off Instagram.

I'm sure they got in line thinking they were waiting for something good. They were bummed. Probably felt obligated to buy it after dedicating over and hour to waiting in line.

Apparently the front of the line had some d-bags bringing 8 mules to cut in line at opening....Only 1 person spoke up and called them out.

The lesson here is that you put wax on a bottle and then only make a small 20 gallon batch of whatever and you'll get mad profits.

Did they photoshop the pic with the line in front for the Fig-poppy whatever it is release? Or is it left over photo from their anniversary party? Or maybe they paid everybody 10 bones to stand in line? I wonder if Bootlegger's had a line for their KS re-release of the original batch?
