Looking to snag a few bottles of this in Portland, OR. Have tried the standards, John's market, Capital Hwy Deli, Belmont bottle shop. Any suggestions?

Have you been able to find it recently in the local area? There's an online article that indicates exports into the US were discontinued in 2018 due to lack of demand. I confess it's been some time since I last spotted bottles anywhere in PDX, but then again I haven't been looking for it.

The brewery that makes it is apparently the same company that makes Dos Equis. I think John's on SE Powell usually has a pretty good supply of their products, so that's where I would check first (which it sounds like you already have). You might also check better Fred Meyer stores as well. If you can't find it at either of those locations then my guess is that it's probably not available in Oregon.

Noche Buena? I used to love the stuff back when it was one of the more interesting beers available. I mean way, way back...

LOL! Me too back in the day. When I was in college, back in the late 70's, it was a pretty big deal. Considerably more flavorful than regular dos equis we thought, with "much" higher abv.
