The brewery was selling growlers on Tuesday, cans are long gone from everywhere as far as I know

Anyone have a can recently? I had my last one last night and it has changed a lot since release. I can definitely taste what I presume to be the syrup now.

Had one yesterday. Hops aren't as pronounced, sweetness is definitely dominant. I wish they would bottle this year round over HDR any day of the week.

I had a 4 pack and drank the 4th one a couple of weeks after the others...the 4th definitely had a little maple to it, the first 3 were hoppier with almost no sign of maple. Great beer.

Basically if you didn't live near the brewery the week it was released you didn't get any. It got very small distribution around the state based on twitter posts I noticed and most stores were limiting it to 1 can. I guess a few might have sold full four packs but I doubt many did, that is of course outside of Charlotte.

Just out of curiosity, was your can squeezable? I noticed when I opened my can that seemed to give way more than it should. I'm wondering if mine had a bad seal. I got plenty of bitterness, but no hop flavor whatsoever. It also seemed way, way sweeter than I remembered. It definitely didn't taste like a month old IIPA should.

Opened my one can this afternoon. It was amazing. Minimal bitterness. I really enjoyed the hop combo with the sweetness from the maple syrup. I think I may prefer this to HDR.

Nope, I had a 4 pack and they were fine.
