Looks like Halloween night will be their last day at the current Sansom street location. They haven't said where they are moving yet, only that it is in Philly. Can't wait to see what they come up with.

Hopefully the new location is an upgrade over that dirty old spot.

I like the current spot, though, it has a lot of character...will be interesting to see where they end up.

Was always a nice place to grab a beer near a stuffy Rittenhouse location.

Best of luck to them. Hopefully wherever they move it has better access to public transportation.

Well that sucks. That was such a perfect location, an easy bus ride to and from for me was practically door-to-door, and there are so many other great spots in the neighborhood to hop. Unless the new location is right at an el stop, I won't be going there any more.

The Inquirer/Daily News article has a little bit more info:
    http://www.philly.com/philly/blogs/food_department/Nodding-Head-to-close-pending-a-move.html

"he said it would be in a neighborhood outside of Center City."

"but he and brewmaster Gordon Grubb will have room to experiment with limited-edition runs and such products as barrel-aged beers."

"He might even sell his beer to other bars, something that will be easier than ever since the brewpub’s new site will be on the ground floor, instead of the second level."

What?? Better access to public trans? They're on the 15XX block of Sansom, it's one block to the nexus of SEPTA.

I guess they could put it in Suburban Station.
