I've decided that I'm not a huge fan of sours that have been aged in oak barrels (about 10% of the time I'll find one I really enjoy). Not a huge fan of the Uplands for example...not that they are bad, just not my style.

However, I love sours like Funky South Paw and Dynamo Hum from Jackie O's...as well as Harvey from Brugge Brasserie (probably my favorite beer over the last year). I don't believe any of these have been aged in barrels, so I was curious if there are any 'off the shelf' type of sours like these that anyone would recommend. I live in Chicago, but do quite a bit of trading on here as well...so I'd love to try anything people recommend that fit this mold. Any recommendations?

Dynamo hum is aged in cabernet barrels. FSP is not aged in barrels .
