North Coast Grand Cru...Improved?

    I opened a NC Grand Cru, and I feel like it has improved a lot since it first came out. Still not as good as it should be, but much better than when I first had it. Thoughts?

    I hope this is true. I had it when it first came out and wasn't that impressed. I threw my other bottle in the closet in the hopes it would improve. Maybe I'll pull it out this weekend and see if I have the same experience.

    I do not believe this is possible. But, then again, you said it's still not as good as it "should" be. I'm not certain what that means, but I certainly agree. I drain poured my bottle.
