Hey guys, I checked ratings and forum history but couldn't find anything on the 2010 vintage. I found a lone 4-pack and am chilling one, and thinking of cellaring the rest for a while.

Anyone able to shine some light on this beer or give suggestions on aging?

    Thanks!

It should be really nice with 3 years on it. I even enjoy it fresh, but some may find it better with some age to mellow out the heat and allow the flavors to evolve some more. I'd suggest drinking one or two now and take notes, then maybe age the others for another year or two and compare to see where you find it reaches it's peak. Let us know your thoughts and enjoy.

Had an 09 the other night - yours should be just fine. Once the heat leaves it drinks real smooth.

I'm cleansing my palate right now with a deschutes Fresh Squeezed. Then water. Then the old stock. Couldn't believe it was on the shelf, and on sale for 5$

Traded the shop owner a Heady for the '09. Not disappointed.

I thought the 09 was the best fresh, and is still tastes amazing. 10 started out super hot, but if it was stored properly it is delicious.

I had 2007 vintage in January and it was awesome. I could not finish this beer fresh so I would say aging really really helped.

This brew aged is amazing. Fresh? Nah. I'm sure the price point is right on as well. Invest the $10-12 and let us know what you think.

Edit.....me drinky too much. I see you already purchased it. I would drink one per year.....if you can wait.

This beer, properly aged, can be a thing of beauty. I personally find it rather hot and 1-dimensional fresh and, as noted above, this was particularly the case with the '10. Have one now, and feel free to hang onto the rest. It's a wonderful cold weather sipper.

    And, ya know...

    Winter is coming.

2013 is good right now. Still aging some though.

Cracked an 03 a few weeks ago and it held up well. I won't keep them much longer
