I just got the latest Northern Brewer catalog yesterday and on the back page it lists a "VIP Code" which has not appeared on past issues that I have noticed. I tried to enter it as a coupon code online and the code was not recognized. Has anyone else noticed this or know if it really means anything? I'd love to have an extra discount to apply considering I'm ordering from them about once a month.
So no one has any idea what, if anything, this code means? BTW this is different than, and in addition to, the "customer #" which is also listed on the back cover of my catalog.
Try putting it in the comments section? Maybe they will send you some free stuff (I mentioned brewingtv in the comments section last time I ordered and they threw a free brewingtv sticker into my order. It wasn't much but it was cool to see that they actually read the comments)
I've seen it too, but have no idea what it means. I've never seen a spot to enter it when ordering, but come to think of it, they'd already know if the person placing an order has a VIP code with them, otherwise when they pull customer lists to send catalogs they wouldn't know to put the VIP code on the catalog anyways. Or something
Last order I was prompted to enter my VIP code...don't think I received anything extra as a result though.

I entered a VIP code once last year and got free shipping. It showed up on my receipt that it had been refunded. I tired another one this spring and got nothing.
