Going to be staying near Bemidji soon, & in Duluth & plan to visit Leech Lake Brewing as well as Fitger's...worth checking out? Any other recommendations in the area?

    Thanks in advance for input!

Leech Lake is pretty neat to see, laid in the woods with a cabin type feel for the taproom. Try the Pineapple Pale Ale if you can. Stuff is tasty!

Yeah I'd stop at LL for sure..cool setting..small shop...good people trying to do their best although I am not as high on their beer as some it is still a nice changeup and I know they are working to do their best...nice to see a small shop succeeding in northern Mn...

Fitgers is the place I would target but there are some new ones north of Duluth I have yet to try...

Thirsy Paegen in Superior is hit or miss with their beer but has some of the best pizza I have ever had.

Leech Lake is a pleasant visit and trip. I am sure there will be people chiming in and putting them down. But I really enjoyed my visit. Stop by the Boathouse in Ely and tell us about it.
