Not receiving emails when new coversations are created

    Hello,

    Not sure if this is the most appropriate place to address this, but I think it is... I'm having an issue with not receiving e-mails when a new conversation is received. I'm not sure why this is happening. It started probably about 3 weeks ago give or take... and I didn't make any changes to my profile or settings. The appropriate box is checked ("Receive email when a new conversation message is received") under my Settings --> Contact Details --> Messaging Preferences tab

    Not sure if anyone else is having this issue or if it is just me. But it was always helpful for me to receive the emails so I could logon to the website and respond. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    This is not a bug on our end, and I can confirm that emails are being sent and received by your mail host.

    5 yesterday
    3 on Nov 8

    Check your spam folder.

    Problem solved. I guess Gmail decided to randomly moving the messages to the Spam folder a few weeks ago. I should've thought of that. Thanks for the help!
