Not So Sweet Stouts

Definitely that style, though I'd lean toward O'Hara's or Schlafly's. For Guinness I'd go with the Foreign Extra Stout.

Another one I'm partial to is New Holland's The Poet- it's dry and the flavor profile leans in the direction of an Irish dry Stout, although it is classified as an oatmeal stout.
