Not Staying Logged In

    I've noticed the last few months on my phone that it doesn't keep me logged in after I leave the site, but it used to just fine in the past. Even check the "keep me logged in" option but it doesn't matter. Did something change recently that logs you out automatically where you have to retype your username and password? I just downloaded the app and that does fine though.

    This is almost always a browser/user cookie issue. Nothing has changed on our end.

    I recommend clearing your cache and cookies (at least for this site), restart your browser, and log back in.
