5.9% version can be found around town. 10% version sold out everywhere in about 20 minutes on the Saturday it was released. %10 version is far superior.

 

5.9% - available in six packs and is released fairly often now around Illinois. Not very difficult to obtain as stores get plentiful cases of it when released. $9.99 per sixer
10% - available in bombers. Was last released in bombers toward the end of Nov 2014. Very limited release to a select group of Binny's stores. ~ 2 bomber per person limit. Everything sold out that day. 9.99$ per bomber.
19% - draft only.

 

The 10% bombers should be returning sometime in March. Binny's is getting another drop of NYFRB 5.9% sometime these next few weeks.

 

@AndyEdgar what would trade value be for a sixer (looking for maybe 2)?

 

You should be able to trade shelf beers for it.

 

I have included them as extras in trades, but if you were looking to trade someone just for them, I would just suggest a good New York shelf beer that doesn't hit Chicago Distro. Not Sure if they sell Carton beers anywhere but NJ, but that would be a nice trade.

 

South Loop Binny's has a gigantic stack (30 cases maybe?) of the 5.9% as of an hour ago.

 

Binnys in Bolingbrook and Plainfield got a ton of NYFRB today...like 250+ cases

 

I have said in threads before, Binny's is getting 6000 cases throughout it's stores. Only the 5.9% for now.
