i mean....they have it. Barmy had 6 month old warm Pliny last fall. For $30. think they had Consecration and Damnation as well

 

1 West Dupont is great if you like out of date and overpriced out of market beers.

So if you roll deep and don't mind something overaged...well have at it.

 

To be fair, some of the beers they have are arguably better with age. Not confident they are aged properly there though...

last year, 1 west had the allagash non-coolship sours for $20 when each one hit distro, I thought that was a fair price for the convenience of not having to hunt

 

Barmy is a complete rip off. They have BBGBS for over $30 a bottle, $40 bottles of Merkin and Stickee Monkee, and $30 bottles of Pliny. They just jack prices and the stuff sits, so I'm assuming some sucker with money to burn eventually pays those prices because the bottles move eventually.

Also, just swung by Cairo, good amount of Congress Street and the others Trillium left.

Then followed that up with a WF P Street trip which was very well worth it. Cinnamon Rolled WnB ($12), Fruit Basket, OTWOA, and some other solids including Sexual Chocolate, although that was overpriced at $20.

 

Coming to DC over the weekend, may have to drop in Cairo and see if any Trillium still available. Know it's overpriced, but don't care if it's only 1 bottle limit total. A Whole Foods P Street trip is probably in the cards too.

One of my company's offices is around the corner from Trillium (at Fort Point). I have no idea how much demand there is for Trillium here, but I'm going to buy buying a case or so at a time and have it shipped down here. If folks are interested in trading and/or buying it let me know.

 

Always down to buy or trade for trillium. Ill be at the RAR release this weekend so i can trade ya some fresh RAR IPAs

Does anyone know if MD will, or has seen BA Bomb? I know we had a decent drop of the regular Bomb awhile back, so I'd assume this will show up eventually?

Just had BA bomb in New York and it was a very limited release up there (1 per at the few shops that got any). The barrel did a lot for it. I thought it was excellent. Hopefully, you'll see some in MD. And I will be ISO.
