How so? Would much rather have two pours from a crowler than cap a 64oz for another day. They do fill growlers for a large number of their offerings.

growlers trade just as well as crowlers

Well they fill 32 oz growlers, and crowlers encourage trading and muling because they're lighter to ship, you don't have to pay for a container that you won't get back, and the perception is that they last longer.

Easy fix: buy yourself a 32 oz growler. That's the only size I ever fill.

Check Lost Dog South on Columbia Pike; sometimes bottles hang out longer there.

Just drank a can of OTWOA from DTC in MoCo. Very bland, and sad. I remember when they first released the beer in bombers brewery only and it was magnificent. What the heck happened.

Weren't the cans dated from back in April?

The cans were indeed two months old, but I had one, and that's no excuse for how this beer looked and tasted. I was going to get a sixer for a fanatic buddy of mine, but luckily, one of the workers there had just gotten off and bought a can to share. First, the pour was filled with tons of sediment. I've not seen more in my terrible homebrews. As for the taste, the hop presence was almost nil. I know, I know, it was two months old,but I have some over two month bottles of Hop Ranch and The Truth that still taste good, and an over two month old can of RaR's Reaper won our yearly March Madness blind tasting of 32 beers. A great Imperial or Double should still be good, at the least, after two months. This was terrible.

Yeah, OTWOA falls off a cliff after a few weeks, unfortunately.

I completely agree, but the last few releases that I've had a chance to try have been absolutely fantastic fresh (think 1-3 days old) but seem to quickly fall off after a week or so. They're still tasty, but no where near what it was on draft or immediately after canning, so I can only imagine what it would be like after 2 months.

DC Brau has gone to shit over the past year or so, used to be a staple in my fridge but I won't waste my money anymore.

@imjeffferraro Stickee Monkee came and went at WF FB. The phrasing the lady on the phone used suggested they let one person buy their whole allocation.

Is it not going to show up anywhere else? I was assuming all the normal places would be getting some.
