Three Notch'd - BBA Biggie S'mores currently scheduled for delivery today at the following places in the order as you see them listed. (per post by the brewery earlier this morning).

I assume it's a keg for Citizen? I don't think they sell bottles to go.

 

From their post it's most likely bottles. They also added, "Please check with the locations to find out when they will be putting bottles on the shelf!" The Citizen in Charlottesville does sell bottles but I have never tried to get them to-go before so not sure if they do that. I'm guessing only a couple sixtels will make up there. Citizen could possibly get one since they have C'Ville ties but most of the product was being bottled with very limited amounts kegged.

Best bet would be to comment on the fb posts they are putting out in local groups. The brewery seems on top of responding to questions this morning.

Just two deliveries going out to NOVA right now per their post. Today's and tomorrow's.

 

Looks like Nimble Giant is most everywhere now, saw it at both Schneiders and Conn. Ave. in the last few days. Has anyone seen Quinannan Falls anywhere other than WFP though? That's just not a part of town I get to very often.

My bottled was dated 6/15/16.

Yes it did hold up very well, probably attributed to the high ABV. It had a very powerful hoppy aroma and it tasted very hoppy good!


Of course it probably tastes much better fresh.

 

Dunley is actually a Saturday release.

 

Start running now. Westover Market is NOT the most expensive place anymore - BA Biggie Smores is (mis)priced at $10/bottle, FYI. Oh, and there's no limit.

WF Foggy Bottom had a shit ton of Reaper and I saw a few sixers of quinannan falls

I'm not freshness *****, but last years was vastly different from the first few weeks to a month or so when bottles showed up. nose fell off a bunch, its an awesome beer though.
