    Finishing up what might be the last fill of 2018: Clean, crisp, cracker-y sourdough greatness with earthy workings of pine, hay, grass, lemon, subtle fruit courtyards/green apple and lightly spiced, floral, hop aptness. Malt foreground is cognizant and well in tune with the gentle, bittering hop expedition and firm carbonation= Balanced, refined, delicate, and very much fit to drink
