Notes when adding new beers

is there a way to add the name of a new beer, the beer specs (style, abv, etc.), as well as notes all in 1 shot? having to request an update to have the brewers beer description there, or any other details, in a 2nd/3rd step is not streamlined.

can you clarify commercial info? for example, what i do when i add a beer is take the beer description the brewery put on anti-social media (instragram, twitter, facebook) in the notes section. (the update). i will be able to add that, correct? how will this be policed to keep people from putting other info in the notes?
