Fuck that. I like using my phone. I can do both.

 

As an added bonus, when someone bumps you as you set your beer down you get to get a new phone!

or you can hold the beer in one hand and your phone in the other

 

because all phones with cases ave the same thickness....lol

 

I like the idea, but it's highly impractical.

Yeah, because putting a drink directly on my phone seems like an intelligent idea. More so when I may or may not end up drunk.
