I bought a pound of these recently. Super high alpha (15) so I think good for bittering. Yes they smell like feet at first but actually quite nice once you get them in the boil. I'm finishing a couple of beers with them as well and Hop-ing for the best. I did a porter with all nugget and now doing a pale using them except for flameout I am using willamette. Any good experiences or feed back on the nugs? I still have 12 oz so need to find a good use for them.
I made a big DIPA with nugget as the base and then Citra and Amarillo and later and aroma hops, really solid earthy resins for me. i like it as a base hop and not really a finishing hop
