Dude it came to NC this year! Didn't you know this is where highly sought after distributed beer comes to die? Have you ever noticed when a prized beer finally makes to NC nobody wants to trade for it anymore and all of a sudden everyone is hating on it? Haha! Now, our instate beers, that's a whole different story!

But in all truth, I tried cans and bottles and I liked them about the same, I thought it was a solid beer overall, have I had better? Yes, but I have drank a whole lotta beer!

I haven't had it in a bottle and I tried my first Nugget Nectar last week. It was in a can and it was fantabulous! Can or bottle? I really don't care. It was great tasting beer and I hope to have it again some day.

I had can and bottle this year and I can definitely say with certainty that the can tasted like more.

I've had nugget nectar three times starting with on tap, can and finally, bottle in this order. My preference is as follows:
    1. Can!!! No contest. Something about the can helps retain the flavors. By far the tastiest.
    2. Tap- this is how I first had it, and it piqued my interest.
    3. Bottle-I was underwhelmed by the bottle experience.

The can has 4 more ounces of goodness
That makes the can more betterer

Cans are great, but what this beer needs is an updated recipe. It's still tasty, but our hop taste buds are just in a very different place than they were 5 years ago. I'd much rather drink a Perpetual these days.

When you guys are saying in a can, are you drinking it straight from the can? I had my first Heady last weekend, and, as recommended, I drank it from the can, so I figure I could drink this straight from the can too but I wasn't sure. Thanks for any input.
