I have a mule that will be working down in Canton, Ohio for the next few weeks. I was wondering on the availability of this beer, any tips on where to find it in the area, and any other beer not available in Michigan should have her grab. Thanks in advance
It's available all over in Toledo. Not sure about Canton, but over the last 2 or 3 years it's been much easier to find and around for a longer time than it used to be. I don't think Jackie O's goes to MI (could be wrong), but almost anything from them would be good to pick up.
Jackie O's does not make it to Michigan, but it shouldn't be too hard to find any of their canned offerings (Mystic Mama, Hop Ryot, Chomo-Lung-Ma and Firefly).
If you haven't had them I would have her grab you a Ballast Point Victory at Sea and an Alesmith Speedway Stout. Both of these beers are worth me traveling to Ohio a couple times each year. Oh and haven't had a bad Yeti stout by Great Divide yet either so always worth picking up.
Why don't you pack some of these beers into a box and send them to the guy you stiffed in our golf BIF?
