nut additions - ever done it?

Awesome! Glad to hear this method works well. I will likely go this route, especially since I'm now past the opportunity to either mash or boil the nuts (brewed yesterday).

 

Overall considering the number of methods available to make this work well, it sounds like I have a decent chance for success. I'm not typically in the business of underestimating my ability to screw something up, but hopefully it'll turn out alright .
