Hop Bill 1/2 oz. FWH 30 min. bagged Chinook, 10 min. 2 oz Amarillo, 170*F whirlpool 2 oz Mosaic, Dry Hop in keg with 4 oz. Amarillo
Yeast WLP-007 1/2 litre starter
Water RO + 1 tsp CACl in mash, 1/2 tsp Burton salts in boil
Process 60 min boil, 75 min mash @ 155*F
Other Notes: FWH addition is only boiled for 30 min.
