Schoolhouse is on the case it comes in. Snipes stopped bottling and kegs have kegged on dates. Same with 12bar.

Boundary Bay doesn't date, but the stuff like IPA, Regular ESB and Scotch get bottled fairly regularly (every 6-8 weeks, depending on need) it's generally fairly fresh. The seasonals, Cabin Fever, Old Bounder, Imperial IPA, Ski to Sea ESB, are only bottled once a year. The ImpIPA is bottled for a February release.
