Nyc/Brooklyn beer events on nye

We are headed to nyc (east village specifically) to stay with my sister 12.28 through 1.1. My wife and I are trying to make some plans for New Year's Eve and we were wondering if there are any good beer events/ dinners going on in manhattan or Brooklyn. Not looking to totally break the bank but $100 pp wouldn't be too crazy. Also, any good dinner suggestions would be appreciated. Not looking for a high-end dinner or anything. Just some really good food.

Looks like birreria is doing a nye dinner with their cask beers as also. $175 force he early seating, $225 for midnight with food. A bit more than we want to spend I think but we had a great time there last month

 

Haha we have tix for the 28th and 30th at the moment. I've done msg nye in 02 and 2010. I have a few really nice extras for 12.28 in sec 117 that i am trying to work a trade for nye. Do any of you have nye extras at all? My wife likes phish and 12.31.12 is her 10 yr anniversary show....I can trade and/or buy you some great beers pre or post show if you can help me out

 

Where is the bottle share? I too am planning on going to ginger and pony pre-show. We've went to stout the last two runs and it was crazy packed. We couldn't even step into rattle n hum either.
