Armonk. I was hoping to get some Adirondack Lager too but they did not have any Saranac unfortunately.

I feel like the Armonk location might have been their flagship for a bit, but they kept making newer stores. Armonk now feels like it needs more attention. The Somers location has the current flagship vibe. I'm somewhat basing that on events they'll host. If you are ever driving down 84 for a trip, the Brewster location is a great choice for a pit stop.

Thanks! That is right off the highway too it looks like. We’ll stop there next time instead. We drive up 84 once, sometimes twice a year. I will not forget this tip.

Somers took the shine off Brewster, so Somers is a great first choice if not out of your way, but Brewster is so conveniently located off the highway.

I’ve stopped at the Armonk DeCicco’s on my way upstate the last two times because it’s close to the Tappan Zee. Great, great store.

This is what I got from there a couple of weeks ago. Needless to say, I was very happy. A little pricy but whatever.

Dive Bar on the UWS is always a good time in general and pretty sure they still do one every year.

Queue Beer in Brooklyn right by OH Centre is having them on Wednesday. I think they will have everything except Rare.

Do they announce what they'll have? I didn't see any social media for them that's been updated in the past 3 years

Yea they don't do much on social media, they do reliably update their taplist on their website but I don't see any BCBS stuff up yet. If you're coming in from out of town may indeed be a better idea planning on a place that has more advance notice about the details.

Any good beer bars in west village other than Blind Tiger? Have a dinner tonight at Hudson St and Perry St and wondering if there are any other really good options.

Wish I saw this earlier, but will post for future inquiries.

Pretty sure Talea opened up a new spot right around the block from there. Also, if you like belgian beers, Vol de Nuit is solid and not too far. There is also 124 Rabbit Club which has had some good selections on the few occasions I’ve been there (had HT and Focal last time) - just be known that it’s easy to miss, has weird hours, and can get tight due to it’s small size, but it is a solid little dive bar most people don’t know exists. Lastly, while not a bar, Carmine St Beers is a killer bottle shop with a great on-premises draft selection.

I'll throw in Torch & Crown brewing....not spectacular but their brews are solid. I believe Keg & Lantern opened a spot in the area as well.

Thanks. Ended up at Proletariat and walked over to dinner from there. Double barrel BQE was excellent.

If I wanted to grab a few 4-packs of a good Pilsner in Manhattan (I know Suarez etc delivers but I want less than a case) , would anyone have suggestions for beer and/or store? Thanks!!

Carmine Street Beers should have good options.
