The wife is headed up to NYC on Wednesday. She'll be staying at the Hotel Pennsylvania in Manhattan. Are there any seasonal brews or DIPAs from local breweries that she should look out for? What's the best place to go, to get said beers?
Have her take the D,B,or F subway downtown to Whole Foods Bowery and New Beer Distributors... should be 10-15 min from the hotel.

DIPA is definitely around. if you really want it and she's not flying (or is a great packer), top hops has it on draft for growler-ing.
smoke from the oak can be found... marked up at bars. if you need the name of the bar, bm me. it's a nice sercret spot.
The wife hooked me up, went to New Beer Distributers. She had a bunch of cheesecake, fake purses, clothes, etc... so her space was limited. She managed to bring back a Blue Point White IPA, Capt. Lawrence DIPA, and a Capt. Lawrence Golden Delicious. I'm a happy man! Thanks y'all.
