    This interests me as I know there is a problem with food waste. It looks like a pretty cool venture and if they profit from it, the money goes back into helping folks. I'd try it!

    Has anyone in England had this beer yet?

    Great article. I'm interested to see the movie now; and to try the beer. It's a great idea if you can make it work, so why not? And it's good to see Mark Szmaida is still at Chelsea Brewing (I wonder where Chris Sheehan has gotten too?). It's not a new idea (what's that beer that's made by adding dark rye bread?), but if it can save wasted bread I'm all for it - and then the cows can have what's left!
