This might be a stupid question but will anyone tell me if the following will work? Adding two and 1/2 bottles of Old Rasputin in a 700 ml flip-top bottle with two week old Wild Turkey infused oak chips and aged for six weeks. I have no clue about these things I just thought the oak chips might add flavor to an already awesome beer!
    Thanks!

I've also pondered a similar endeavor. I guess I have never tried due to concerns over oxidation and carbonation. If you pull the trigger on said experiment please let us know what happens! Cheers!

You're going to introduce a lot of oxygen which is going to create some terrible flavors. Oak chips are also not ideal for beer as the surface area is incredibly high which is going to pull a lot of harsh oaky tannins. All in all, I suggest just ponying up for the -bal Raspy.
