Hey guys, I have an oatmeal stout that didn't finish out fermentation. Stuck at 1.020. The flavor is awesome, albeit a little sweet. I was gonna just repitch some 1056, but was think about adding a 2 8 oz. Cans of PB2 at the same time to give it some PB flavor. Anybody try this in secondary before? How'd it turn out?

At what temp are you fermenting?

Couple other questions... Recipe? Mash temp? OG? How much 1056 did you pitch initially? Did you aerate/oxygenate well?

1.020 sounds like a reasonable FG for an oatmeal stout with a normal amount of fermentables

My first beer was a partial mash oatmeal stout that finished right around 1.020 and it was quite tasty!!!
I say bottle it up and enjoy!!!

Please forgive me for asking a question and not helping toward a solution, but what is PB2? Is this like a LME? Giving the yeast a little more to eat up? Again I'm sorry about being slightly out of subject.

Powdered peanut butter with 85% less fat.
