Oskar Blues Ten Fidy. Not labeled as an oatmeal stout, but it is.

I agree with ten fidy, though i didn't know it was an oatmeal stout. I'm drinking FFF Backmasking right now, and going in i didn't expect much, but it's actually a pretty good oatmeal stout. Has that weird spiciness in most FFF offerings which i'm not into but other than that, it's really good.

It seems like Hoppin' Frog doesn't have a great reputation around here, but B.O.R.I.S. The Crusher (BA or standard) and D.O.R.I.S. The Destroyer are quite good in my book. They are a bit on the pricey side, but they shouldn't be too hard to find. I personally like D.O.R.I.S. the best, but if you want to get the most possible oatmeal flavor, the standard B.O.R.I.S. may be the way to go.

I second both Anderson Valley's Barney Flats and New Holland's the Poet. Both are excellent beers!

I need to get my hands on some Velvet Merlin and Merkin, but so hard to find here in the Mid-Atlantic.

Finally, I need to crack open a bottle of Great Divide's Oatmeal Yeti and Southern Tier's Oat that I've got in my cellar...

Omitting Sam Smith's, I will +1 on Yeti and the variants, as well as Mayflower's Winter Oatmeal Stout which I found to have an unexpected but nonetheless pleasant smoky flavor. I though velvet Merlin was just OK, the flavors were so smooth and subdued that it wouldn't be a go-to for me unless I wanted something sessionable. The BA version (Merkin) was much better.

I also recently had Milly's oatmeal stout at a brewpub up in Manchester NH, and though it's probably a stretch for you if you are in the area it's worth grabbing a bomber of IMO. Very well executed.

Samuel Smiths Oatmeal Stout- had it last week after more than a year. Tasted even better, smooth, balanced, very tasty!

Had the 4 Hands Cast Iron recently and it was beautiful. Also adding that Summit's take is simple yet excellent, and divine on Nitro.

Well, this won't help the OP, or anyone else who can't get to Duluth, but the Fitger's Big Boat Oatmeal Stout is an excellent beer. I like what one reviewer said: "No cherry-coffee infused, smoked barrel aged, stout here. Just 100% pure unadulterated oatmeal stout badassness."

I'll add another vote for New Holland Poet. Best part is that they sell it at the Henry Ford and Greenfield Village here, so I can sip one as I take in Americana with the kids. The Poet and history go well together.

Had Founders Oatmeal Stout recently and liked it; but I think it is only on draft. Also, I have found that local brewpubs usually do a pretty good job with the style.

I know people have already said it but I want to enforce the message. OATMEAL YETI. It is absolutely phenomenal in every way and very accessible. I've got one in the fridge I'll be popping open tonight for a review. Cheers man.
