Oberon Mini Kegs

They just showed up in the General Store within the last week or so, so hopefully this week

 

They did!? That's great news! I was really hoping they'd get here by Memorial Day weekend (also happens to be my bachelor party in MN) and hadn't heard anything since their Facebook post on May 8. Looks like I'll be stopping by for a few after work. Thanks for the heads up!

 

suppose to hit SW Michigan next week. I know they are highly allocated this year for retailers because of them packaging Oberon 12pk cans. So get them while you can!

 

What do these usually run cost wise? How many oz?

Huh? They're 5 liters. So 169 oz. or about 14 beers.

That's actually a pretty good deal, I'm assuming you have to kill it in a day or two thought once it's got the first pour underway. Will be on the lookout for these come Monday.

Grabbed one in CLE today. How long are these good for once you open them and get the first pour?

 

I've found it still fairly carbonated and drinkable on day two. I don't think it would last much beyond that.

 

This. I think I had one about 3 days old & it was ok because I closed the spouts but definitely not the same beer so they are great for parties or a weekend at home

 

No luck prior to the weekend at the local shops in Oakland county, so bottles it is...for now.

 

Where in Cleveland did you find the Oberon Mini Keg? I've been looking but haven't got around to just flat out requesting one yet.

 

I got one at Ross Deli, Heinens had some too but this was a while ago.
