Dude I'm totally down, just bad tonight =(

Once I trade all my BA Decadence for 15 Ann's, we should all hook up.

Definitely has a divey feel and absolutely horrible furniture, but it's an easy pub to love. To give you an idea, they have a bunch of personalized mugs hanging at the bar for the "muggers" aka the long-long-time regulars. And even on the worst days they have one of the best tap lists in the county (especially if you like local IPAs).

Don't try to park in the parking lot though - it's too small for the capacity of all the restaurants in the plaza, and on top of that it's all asian restaurants. Park out on the street like a block away.

    You love those chairs Sageo!

It's funny cuz they look comfortable, then you sit in them and are like "what the fuck?" Then someone bumps the rickety table and your Pliny the Younger crashes to the floor.

I laughed so hard at this because it's so true. I swear there's no other pub in existence where more beer gets spilled by furniture than by people.

I'm gonna try to talk the misses into going for dessert. It might be a hard sell because we are going up to Alpine for lunch tomorrow, I expect some great things there too. Then I gotta concentrate on resting up for The Bruery event at Urge on Thursday...not to mention the Stone anny on Sat. Too bad this stuff isn't tax deductable.

I love those leather chairs, soo comfortable and they lean back. Especially beats the cheap plastic lawn chairs on the patio.

The Toronado 25th is awesome. One of the best beers Alpine has made and that is saying a lot.

Wait they have it at Alpine? I'm going up for a growler fill tomorrow for sure if that's the case.

It's on tap right now - cannot confirm if they will fill it. Guy said this at 6:42PM - well after the brewery closed.

Oh ok. Well if it's at the brewpub for sure and there's a chance for a fill that's worth a trip, I'd say

Don't think I'm going to make it up to O'Brien's afterall, the wife got held up late at work. Going to hit the brewpub tomorrow at 11 though.

Quick, amateur reviews: Alpine Toro 25th = dank bomb. Super IPA = Expo + Nelson. Both superbly crafted; I couldn’t have hoped for a better lineup tonight (keep in mind they also had SN Flipside, PH, Parabola, etc.). As much as I liked Alpine T25, I’m particularly happy with how Super IPA turned out because it’ll give the rest of the States a little taste of what we get in SD.
