So I was just gonna do an ISO: FT: post but I thought i'd check this out before getting shat on. I have done plenty of trades but I need a Rare to complete my BC tasting. I have some great beers but not the rarest and I don't want to put too much out as im not positive on the trading value of Rare. I was gonna offer up... 1x BCBS (2009) 22oz 2x BCBS (2008) 12oz 1x Marshal Zhukov 1x Marble Imperial Stout 2012 (aged in Woodford Reserve BB) 22oz 1x Marble Reserve 2011 (aged in Woodford Reserve BB) 22oz 1x Abyss 2010 1x Black Butte 23 Plus an extra or 2 of course. Anyways is that enough? too much? any input will be appreciated. Thats a little over 100 bucks worth of awesome beers and being that I am in New Mexico I am unable to obtain rare brews so thats the best i can do. hahaha. Thanks for looking all! Cheers, Kevin
Rare is a damn great beer. I see your offer possibly happening though, as it's a great deal to somebody who may have a few tradeable rares.
There is hope, I recall this going down, the Rare for the 8x BCBS actually: http://beeradvocate.com/community/threads/ft-wanderer-bar-fly-rr-iso-cantillon-king-henry.5889/ Both rare and regular BCBS are just flat out great beers.
