Pardon my laziness, but are these places fairly close to Fenwick Island/Bethany Beach? Also, are there actually any decent pubs in the Bethany area? I havent been to Bethany or OCMD in about 8 years and those were lame family vacas as a teenager. I only remember that it seemed like forever to drive anywhere in OC. We have been going to Rehoboth the last few years but our usual place was not available this year. Thanks for the help!

Plan on driving about 30 minutes either way. If you goto Evolution, more like an hour.

Went to the Fenwick Crabhouse this year. VERY good selection of drafts and bottles.

Duclaw is inside the arundel mills mall! Also- if you
Are in Rehoboth, the Pig and Fish restaurant on the main avenue always has great craft beers on tap! The manager, Will is a beer enthusiast. : )

Burley Oak in Berlin, Hoopers in West OC are probably the closest for breweries per se. Try the 45th St Tap House and see what they have though feedback has been mixed.

45th Street Taphouse was quite good when I was down there. The weekend I went, they had a really awesome cask of local IPA on local peaches. Kicked it in about 18hrs so there's obviously some demand for good beer. Lines tasted clean, selection was all the way across the board with lots of locals. Food was also excellent - try the crabby balls. I don't know what all the 'meh' reviews are about, honestly.
