Hello everyone, I wanted to see if this has happened to anybody before. The box started in Tampa and I will let the tracking information speak for itself. Date/Time - Activity - Location 6/18/2013 - Tuesday 11:18 pm Arrived at FedEx location ORLANDO, FL 8:11 am Departed FedEx location ORLANDO, FL 7:31 am Returning package to shipper ORLANDO, FL 7:26 am Delivery exception ORLANDO, FL Damaged, handling per shipper instructions 3:06 am Arrived at FedEx location ORLANDO, FL The part that confuses me is the roughly 13 hour trip it took from the Orlando facility to the same Orlando facility. If they were sending the box back to me I assume it would have landed in the facility in Tampa rather than the Orlando hub. Originially after the Delivery Exception notice, it said that the next update would come on the 19th, rather than this evening. I realize that it is too early to freak out, I just wanted to know if anyone has ever seen anything like this. Cheers, Prescott
I think this one is pretty simple - it was on its way to the next stop, broke in transit, and was returned back to where it came from.
It broke before it shipped out of Orlando then the already broken package was shipped to the same facility in Orlando instead of Tampa. Either way I figured out what is going on. Mods can shut this one down.
