Short version: we (Odd13) are recalling cans from 3 batches of n00b with date codes 07/09/2017, 07/19/2017, and 07/21/2017. We have confirmed those batches to be positive for Saccharomyces Cerevisiae var Diastaticus. Warm storage of cans from those batches can cause refermentation and lead to Belgian-like off flavors and over carbonation. If you have cans from those batches and have experienced over carbonation, bring the remaining cans by the taproom and we will happily replace them. That blows, sorry to hear about that. Do you guys use that strain for sours, or is it a garbage strain that made it's way up from commerce city?
