OddSide's distributed offerings so far. Thoughts?

According to FB the Mayan Mocha label is complete and will be bottled soon as well

 

Like 1000x. I will be buying at least a case if there's enough around me to be able to do so.

 

My growler fills have all been Mayan, and tastes fresh the first day but falls a bit flat the second.. It'll be nice for fresh bottles in my fridge instead. At oddside their six packs go for 10$ dollars each which is a bit cheaper then the store.. they said bean flickr might be in bottles at oddside on wednesday or thursday...

Very fresh, glad I stopped today.. Mayan will be a while, maybe Xmas.. Me so hoppy t-shirts will be in soon. All apparel comes from Seattle.. lady that makes them is Japanese and apparently loves the hoppy label.

 

I figured originally that Mayan Mocha wouldn't hit until the winter (it always seems to hit the taps in Kalamazoo in late March), but their posting of the label on facebook really got my hopes up. Oh well, will just have to drink more CPA in the meantime!

 

Love oddsides beers. Citra is my new go to beer. Tried bb Mayan and bean flicker yesterday at the beerfest and they both blew me away.

 

Bean Flicker's my new go to bottle.. picked up a growler of black CPA yesterday.. can't wait to try that.

 

Bean flicker taste like faygo cream soda in a good way.

Holy crap the Bean Flicker bottles are so tasty. Like a vanilla coffee light and crisp brew. I need many more bottles.

 

Update about the brewery:
Mayan Mocha is scheduled to be bottled in little over a week, with Black Citra following it, Fire Fly Pale (Papaya and Habanero) label is currently being worked on. Morning wood this year will use a different bourbon barrels, will have more alcohol and body and will be bottled in 12 ounces four pack bottles instead of 22 ounce bottles.

 

really looking foward to the morningwood, I liked it fresh last year, nothing great, but different compared to the big BA stouts out there, it just went bad really fast...

 

oddside and shorts have been taking up the most room in my fridge by far this summer. oddside has done a great job distributing this year.. seems everywhere i go i see them n ow.


even though i love citra bean flicker is my new favorite 6 pack from odd side. such a good beer!

 

Bean Flicker and Citra are solid, Flicker is a little low on the abv.. which makes you not look good drinking a six pack pretty quick then moving to the Citra.. anyways can't wait for Mayan bottles.. I really don't even know who owns oddside but the dudes at the bar are cool as shit.

 

I am fairly certain that michnerc above is the owner. Don't know him, but have corresponded via email.

 

From Odd Side's facebook posting today, it looks like Mayan Mocha Stout is shipping out today, so look for it next week. I will definitely be picking up a case.

So far everything put out in bottles has been fantastic and bean flicker was a step above that for me as a summer beer. Really looking forward to getting a shot at Mayan Mocha. Keep up the good work Odd Sides!
