Fort Collins, CO – On June 21-22, Odell Brewing will celebrate the first weekend of summer with the release of its newest Cellar Series beer, Trellis Garden Ale, brewed with a variety of herbs and spices grown at The Gardens on Spring Creek. The Gardens on Spring Creek. Situated on an 18-acre site along the Spring Creek corridor, the Gardens on Spring Creek is the community botanic garden of Fort Collins, Colorado.

“We have long partnered with The Gardens on Spring Creek,” Odell Brewing’s community outreach coordinator Karla Baise said. “This beer is over two years in the making, and we’re so excited to collaborate in a new and fun way.”

Trellis Garden Ale is a crisp, double pale ale brewed with coriander, cilantro, pineapple mint, lavender and rose petals harvested from the Gardens just last year. Hoppy hints of citrus and fresh cut grass balance the malty sweetness and enhance the subtle floral spice for a refreshing finish. At 8.7% ABV, Trellis is balanced and refreshing.

“Odell Brewing connects our Colorado community in so many meaningful ways; The Gardens is honored to participate in their creative brewing success story. It is especially exciting to taste our gardens in their glass!” said Michelle Provaznik, Executive Director, Gardens on Spring Creek.

Odell Brewing and The Gardens will celebrate the release of Trellis in the brewery’s backyard on June 21 and 22. Guests can enjoy samples of the brew, local food truck pairings, and live music by the Matt Skinner Band on Sunday from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. One dollar of each bottle of Trellis sold will go to The Gardens on Spring Creek.

The Gardens is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., and Sunday, Noon-5 p.m. Admission to The Gardens is free, but donations are greatly appreciated.

I don't see mention of how widely this will be available. Apologies in advance if I missed it.

This should go to all states in their distribution.

Not so sure about this one myself. My limited experience with herbs and beer has been rather unpleasant, so thinking its a just not a combo that works for me. I just want 59'er to finally get released before I move and lose access to Odell distribution.
