I had an Apex Predator on draft at walrus + carpenter in Bridgeport tonight. How did I miss Off Color coming to CT, was this a recent development or have I really missed the boat? One of the many Chicago based breweries I've been wanting to get my hands on, this was welcome news I thought other craft drinkers would appreciate.
It's been around for a while in Hartford County. Nice mix of beers. Yuzu Fierce was around for a while which I really enjoyed.
They hit CT a couple years ago iirc. Apex predator is definitely my favorite from them. Could be that some parts of the state aren't/haven't been getting as much depending on their distributor.
I can definetely say for certain that they've been around in Fairfield County for at least 1.5 years. Started to get wider distro when Evil Twin/ Stillwater became more accessible. Ive seen Apex, Troublesome, Scurry, Le Predateur, and Dino over the past few months
