Off-flavors After Bottle Conditioning

    Just wanted to provide an update. Sent 3 samples to a brewmaster I met, and he confirmed that it's diacetyl.

    Looks like I'm in good hands here. Thank you all for the input and recommendations. Will be giving this weekend's batch a healthier yeast pitch and a good diacetyl rest at the end of primary fermentation.
